Important update regarding
Wedoo and Sage
Good morning,
You may have received a communication from Sage advising that Wedoo / Enabling Limited will no longer be operating as an authorised Sage Business Partner.
We want to reassure you directly.
Wedoo has supported our Sage customers for many years, and our relationship with you remains important to us. We have not abandoned our Sage customers, and we remain committed to helping you maintain continuity, minimise disruption, and make informed decisions about your systems.
For clarity, Sage has issued notice to end its Solution Provider Agreement with Wedoo. This was not an agreed change; we were notified the evening of 12 June 2026.
The statement does not mean that your existing relationship with Wedoo has been transferred by agreement. Any internal assignment made by Sage does not change your ability to continue working with Wedoo where you choose to do so.
Your Sage software and licences remain yours. Sage has indicated that your software, licences, support entitlements, and renewal arrangements should not be impacted by this partner change.
We are currently seeking clarification from Sage on the practical effect of this change, including customer support continuity, renewal processes, and the position for long-standing customers who wish to continue working with Wedoo.
In the meantime:
• Wedoo remains available to assist you.
• You are free to choose who you work with.
• We will not pressure you into any decision.
• We will continue to act in your best interests.
• If any action is required on your part, we will explain it clearly.
